Step 1. Are the items returnable?
- Items purchased as Closeout are non-returnable
- *Closeout helmets follow the same return policy.
- Products can be returned within 90 days of original purchase for a refund
- All products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you believe your product to be defective, please email us a picture of the issue along with a proof of purchase.
- All returned items (people, equine, and canine) should be unused and must be in original condition to qualify for refund within 90 days of purchase. If items are found to not be in sellable condition within the 90 days of purchase, they will receive store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Free items received as part of a promotion must be returned in original condition along with the return to qualify for a full refund.
- If you would like to keep free item, we will subtract the free product value from amount being refunded.
- All returns must have proof of purchase.

Step 2. Request a Return Authorization Number
- Please fill out the “Request a Return Authorization” form below and receive an RA number from our customer service before you return the item.
- A 1-time free shipping promo code will be provided for your new order along with return instructions
Step 3. Send to Back on Track’s Warehouse
Choose what carrier you wish to use to ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a carrier that will have a tracking number.

Step 4. Your Return
- Once the returned items have arrived at the warehouse, we will process your credit or refund.
